Sip, paint, and unwind
A big thank you to our sponsor, Andaan Gallery
Hi neighbor,
I went to a sound bath at Andaan Gallery a couple weeks ago and it was such a unique, relaxing experience.
I brought a yoga mat, a soft fleece blanket, and my pillow, then got cozy on the floor with a heated eye mask. The sound artist played soothing sounds to help me unwind after a stressful week so I could reset for the week ahead.
Andaan Gallery is hosting another sound bath event this Sunday, 10/18, from 10:30am–12pm if you want to try it out. It’s perfect to bring a friend and then head to brunch at The Hangout afterward.
There’s also a Kids Paint and Sip event tomorrow, 10/16, from 4–6pm, in case dropping the kids off and going to happy hour is more your thing. Cantina Jack’s, Jack’s, and Crescent Bistro all have a Friday happy hour until 6pm. You could even take the kids out to dinner at DeVino’s after the paint event (it’s in the same shopping center and I think it’s the best pizza in town!).
Whatever you do this weekend, I hope it’s amazing.
See you around town,
Jen
