Hi neighbor,
My boys count down the days to their next Kids Night Out. They get dropped off with a bunch of other kids, there's usually pizza, and they get to do a fun activity.
Meanwhile, my husband and I get to have a date night. We’ll usually go to the hot pot place in the Veranda, followed by a walk to Crumbl for dessert, when the kids are in Concord.
Our area has a good selection of Kids Nights for a variety of interests and ages so you can find the right fit.
Kids Night Out events:
Obstacle courses, games, and pizza for your aspiring ninjas. Usually the first Friday of each month.
Ages: 5.5–9
Upcoming dates: September 4, 5:30–8pm
Location: 1150 Concord Ave, Suite 150, Concord
Cost: $60 for the first child, $51 for a sibling
Kids get gymnastics, trampoline, the rope swing, games, crafts, and a pizza and lemonade dinner.
Ages: 4.5–12
Upcoming dates: Saturday, September 12, 6:30–9:30pm
Location: 2330-A Bates Ave, Concord
Cost: $35 per child
Kids can enjoy games, obstacle courses, tumbling, themed activities, music, and a movie (rated G or PG). Pizza is included!
Ages: 4–12
Upcoming dates: The second Friday of each month, including September 11, October 9, November 13, and December 11, all from 6–9pm
Location: 1920 Mt. Diablo Blvd., Walnut Creek
Cost: $45 per child
Kids spend the evening doing gymnastics, climbing, and jumping. Heads up — there's no meal time built in, so feed your kids before drop off.
Ages: 3–11 (must be fully potty trained)

Soft play fun, enrichment activities, pizza, and a movie.

Themed arts and crafts, games, free play, a movie, and snacks.
